Database and auth

PostgreSQL, authentication, and the question-images storage bucket are provided by Supabase. Set NEXT_PUBLIC_SUPABASE_URL and NEXT_PUBLIC_SUPABASE_ANON_KEY in Vercel after creating a project.

Apply supabase/migrations/20261004000000_init.sql and supabase/migrations/20261004010000_billing.sql in the Supabase SQL editor, then sign in from the sidebar.
